I just got back from an amazing family vacation to the Big Island of Hawaii...and what family vacation would be complete without me spending hours alone on the golf course. :)
I did get to play a few courses I had not before, and thanks to the Golf Hawaii Card, I was able to play both Mauna Kea and Hapuna for ridiculously reduced rates. The process was painless and allowed me to be flexible in the whens and wheres of my golf.
Both these courses were top notch and I recommend them highly to all people who will travel to Hawaii. Although Mauna Kea is more famous, do not skip out on the really good Hapuna course as well, which really exceeded my expectations. Also, look for new changes to my Dream 18 and Second 18 lists: the first such updates of 2012.
