Las Vegas National Golf Course Overview: Las Vegas National Golf Course is an old school Vegas golf course is surrounded by mature trees
and little resembles a true desert course.
With tight fairways and small, undulating greens, this is a tough track
with lots of difficult holes, although not so many fun ones. The best of these golf holes are mentioned below:
Las Vegas National Hole 4: This par five has OB left and a creek down the right side for the length of the drive. So, the cautious player can sacrifice distance for accuracy to be safe and make it a three shot hole, whereas the confident driver can try to reach the green in two. (not pictured) Las Vegas National Hole 13: A short par four with two lakes on the right side, this golf hole gives the player a lot of options off the tee, from hitting a mid iron to hitting driver, depending on what they want to accomplish. The green has a lot of break to it, so whatever is being hit into it better be close. (not pictured) Las Vegas National Hole 18: The last golf hole of the day is a long dogleg right par five with lakes to the right of the fairway that must be avoided and a very well-guarded green. |
