Malibu Country Club Overview: Located in the hills above Malibu, this golf course has lots of elevation
changes. Unfortunately, these lead to
several holes characterized by blind or silly shots. However, there are few good tests of golf on
the course, the best of which are reviewed below:
Malibu Country Club Hole 2: This straight-forward par four is more pretty than anything else. The uphill approach, however, must be exacting as the green is tiny.

Malibu Country Club Hole 6: This very short par five is not as easy as the yardage lets on. The dogleg right can be flown, but there is a hidden creek on that side that eventually cuts across the fairway and dumps into a lake to the far left of the green. (not pictured)
Malibu Country Club Hole 7 (right): The signature golf hole features a downhill tee shot over water and twin bunkers to a green that leaves very little room to bail out should it be missed.

Malibu Country Club Hole 13: Another golf hole that is more pretty than anything else, the elevated tee shot offers great views of the tight fairway and the surrounding hills. Any shot that goes astray will have to be punched out of the thick trees.
