Indian Springs Golf and Country Club Overview: This golf course is a typical resort course found in the desert. With only water and manufactured bunkers to worry about (besides houses lining most fairways), the course could fit in anywhere. It is in good shape and offers several fun holes, which are reviewed below:
Indian Springs Golf and Country Club Hole 2: A challenging dogleg par four faces the golfer at the second hole. The driving area is wide, but the shot should be played to the inside of the corner, near the bunker in order to facilitate the approach to the green. This approach is difficult as there is water short right and a waterfall back left, connected by a stream running in front of the green. |

Indian Springs Golf and Country Club Hole 10: This hole is only mentioned because of its bizarre nature. The rest of the course is new, but the three-hole section from 10-12 appears to be taken from an old, rundown course surrounded by houses that should be condemned. So, this hole is frightening, not from its golfing challenge (it’s drivable and poses no danger aside from the consequences of a horrible shot), but from the thought of abduction by some “Leather-face” like character residing in one of the nearby shacks. Indian Springs Golf and Country Club Hole 14: This short par three shouldn’t cause too much trouble, unless the pin is cut in the front of the green by the lake. There the rock wall guarding the putting surface could wreak havoc on a shot that might otherwise look good.

Indian Springs Golf and Country Club Hole 15: This good par four is over four hundred yards and has a great green complex. The stream cutting in front wraps around the right side and drops into a pond behind. The back half of the green also runs away from the player, which makes distance control a must on the approach.
