Trilogy at La Quinta Review
La Quinta, CA
74.3 rating; 130 slope |
Trilogy at La Quinta Overview: This resort golf course is wide open and relatively easy. Home of the Skins game for several years, without that notoriety, the golf course wouldn’t be worth much. The few memorable holes are reviewed below: Trilogy at La Quinta Hole 2: This par four has a picturesque, but wide driving area and the lake is really only in play for a short drive way to the left, or a worm-burner. The green is fronted by a large bunker. |

Trilogy at La Quinta Hole 5: This tough par four features a narrow landing area between a series of bunkers left and right. The approach must clear a deep bunker in front of the green to a large, flat putting surface. (not pictured)
Trilogy at La Quinta Hole 13: The only really interesting par four on the golf course features a drive that must carry the water and also avoid it to the right of the fairway. The green is angled to accept an approach from the right side of the fairway a little better.
Trilogy at La Quinta Hole 13: The only really interesting par four on the golf course features a drive that must carry the water and also avoid it to the right of the fairway. The green is angled to accept an approach from the right side of the fairway a little better.
Trilogy at La Quinta Hole 17: This long par three is all carry over water and has a series of four bunkers behind the green to catch the over-zealous player. (not pictured)
